Fitness has always been a part of Brandon’s life, beginning with sports as a kid and continuing throughout adulthood. Over the years, he’s learned that fitness is about far more than what happens inside the gym. It influences how we feel, perform, and show up in everyday life.
After moving to Detroit without knowing anyone, Brandon found something at Move Detroit he hadn’t experienced at other gyms: a true fitness community. The energy of the classes, relationships with the coaches and members, and fun, competitive atmosphere completely changed the way he viewed training. After nearly a year as a member, that experience inspired him to take the next step and become a coach himself.
As a Group Fitness Coach, Brandon wants to help people realize that fitness doesn’t require a perfect schedule or lifestyle. Between careers, families, relationships, and everyday responsibilities, life gets busy, but making time to invest in yourself still matters. His goal is to make that time something members actually look forward to.
Having experienced Move Detroit first as a member, Brandon understands firsthand the impact the right environment and people can have on someone’s fitness journey.
Brandon’s approach is simple: help people become stronger, healthier, and more confident while proving that fitness can be challenging, fun, and one of the best parts of your day.
